What you’ll own

Sales Operations
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, up-to-date CRM—no stale records, ever.
  • Ensure every lead has a defined next step and deadline.
  • Prepare contextual briefings before every sales call so the founder walks in ready.
  • Keep the sales pipeline moving daily with follow-ups and reminders in place.
  • Reduce founder cognitive load by structuring inputs and decisions ahead of time.
Founder Support
  • Own email triage, scheduling, and comms prep to keep the day organized.
  • Filter decisions and information before it reaches the founder—only essentials get through.
  • Create structure, SOPs, and documentation that others can follow without asking.
  • Ensure operational calm and clarity even when volume spikes.
